Mashatu Game Reserve in Northern Tuli Game Reserve, Botswana is home to Africa’s Seven Giants - elephant, lion, giraffe, baobab tree, eland, ostrich and kori bustard.
Predators that can be seen daily in Mashatu Game Reserve include Leopard Lion, Cheetah, Black-backed Jackal, Spotted Hyena, and African Wildcat.
Other wildlife that calls Mashatu Game Reserve their home include large herds of Elephants, Eland, Impala, Kudu, Waterbuck, Blue Wildebeest, Bat-eared Fox, Chacma Baboon, Vervet Monkey, Burchell’s Zebra, Bushbaby, Leopard Tortoise, Mongoose, Warthog, Hippopotamus and the Nile Crocodile.
Due to the low rainfall in Mashatu Game Reserve, there is no traditional Green Season, making it an excellent all-year-round safari destination in Botswana.
Getting to Mashatu Game Reserve is easy as there are daily 1-hour flights from Lanseria Airport in Johannesburg (with complimentary transfer between OR Tambo airport and Lanseria Airport).
