Days 1 - 3: Savute Safari Lodge, Botswana

You start your 6 day Botswana safari by embarking on a scheduled charter flight to from Maun Airport to Savute Safari Lodge in Botswana.

Savute Safari Lodge accommodates just 24 people in contemporary furnished twin-bedded luxury suites constructed of wood, thatch and glass, making them ideal for the hot and dry conditions.

Double volume suites with their spacious interior and large, glass sliding doors set the lodge apart from typical Botswana safari accommodation. Large private viewing decks and en-suite facilities, with showers, 'his and hers' towel robes and tea and coffee making facilities combine to make Savute Safari Lodge an unforgettable experience.

Game drives in open 4x4 safari vehicles in the Savute area, including the Savute Marsh and a visit to the ancient San rock paintings at Gubatsa Hills.

Days 4 & 5: Camp Moremi, Botswana

On day 4 of your Botswana Safari you leave on scheduled charter flight from Savute Safari Lodge to Camp Moremi in the Okavango Delta, where you spent the next two nights. Camp Moremi accommodates only 22 guests in East African-style safari tents, individually situated on raised teak platforms.

Each tent is exquisitely furnished with an African teak wardrobe, luggage rack, dressing table, bedside pedestals and traditional director's chairs. 'His and hers' towel robes as well as tea and coffee making facilities are also provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each tent has its own private bathroom situated adjacent to the tent.

Tracking big game on morning and afternoon game drives by open 4x4 safari vehicle, excellent bird-watching, exploring the Xakanaxa Lagoon and surrounding Okavango Delta channels by motorboat.

Day 6: Depart

On the last day of your Botswana Safari you board a scheduled charter flight from Camp Moremi to Maun Airport.

Please Note:

All charters have been booked on a seat on charter basis. Due to the nature of travel in light aircraft, mainly because of safety and space concerns, baggage is restricted to 20 kilograms (44 pounds), per person. This baggage must be soft sided so to allow for it to be packed properly.

If you do have extra bags or have suitcases heavier than the specified allowance, please advise your travel consultant as soon as the booking is made so that the needed arrangements can be made for the baggage to be transferred or stored at an additional cost.
