Day 1: Johannesburg – Maun – Okavango
Arriving on your flight from Johannesburg you transfer to a small charter plane which will fly you over the Okavango Delta to your game lodge in the northern part of the Delta in time for lunch. After settling in and refreshing, an afternoon game drive takes in the wonders of the area. Evening meals are enjoyed under the stars around the campfire.
Day 2 & 3: Okavango
An early morning wake-up call with tea and coffee begins a day of exploring the Okavango Delta, on exciting walks, game drives and dugout canoes. Although the Okavango is a wetland its animal life is extraordinary. Predators abound and other species are plentiful. The natural beauty of the Okavango Delta is hard to describe. Morning and afternoon activities allow you to experience the best of the area.
You may also want to indulge in a fishing excursion, if not for catching fish then for the opportunity to enjoy an outing in the pristine environment. Being in a private concession means that you will experience intimacy and seclusion during your Okavango safari.
Day 4: Okavango – Maun – Johannesburg
