    This ultimate beach and wildlife safari offers a short but exciting tour of Cape Town, and then you are off to Botswana, where your safari will take you to the mighty Victoria Falls.

    Earl Dyke's Manor is an elegant, private, opulent yet refined, and superbly, comfortable. You can relax in the splendour of your accommodation while touring Cape Town. Next is Camp Moremi Botswana. This camp accommodates guests in East African-style safari tents, individually situated on raised teak platforms.

    Chobe Game Lodge is the only permanent game lodge situated within the Chobe National Park. It is one of the premier venues in Chobe National Park. At Tongabezi you will hosted in luxury with your own personal valet and amazing views of Victoria Falls.

    African Dreams B&B is an affordable upmarket venue, only 5 minutes from the Johannesburg International Airport - perfect for your one day stop. At Thonga Beach Lodge you will be accommodated in one of the 11 suites in Robinson Crusoe-chic. The crystal clear waters offer magnificent snorkelling and spectacular offshore scuba diving.

    Days 1 & 2: The Camps Bay Retreat – Earl Dyke's Manor, South Africa

    Upon your arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be met by a representative and transferred via road from Cape Town International Airport to The Camps Bay Retreat – Earl Dyke's Manor Set in a private paradise garden of 4 acres, with waterfalls, mountain streams, pools, magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Apostles mountain range. Turn-of-the-century Earl's Dyke Manor echoes a more graceful, leisurely time when filling the senses with beauty and luxury was considered a duty.

    Elegant, private, opulent yet refined, and superbly, comfortable - the Manor House is a place to sink into, to be delighted by, and to savour. All suites and rooms are classically styled with modern furnishings. From the owner's suite, with its own private balcony, large dressing room, lounge area, ocean and mountain views to the smallest room with the largest bathroom and breathtaking mountain views.

    The V&A Waterfront is situated between Robben Island and Table Mountain in the heart of Cape Town's working harbour and has become South Africa's most visited destination. Set against a backdrop of magnificent sea and mountain views, it offers exciting shopping and entertainment venues.

    Shops are open til 9pm, 7 days a week. There are over 240 specialty stores, 11 cinemas And a variety of restaurants and cafés. Many of the restaurants and cafés border the marina offering delightful meals at the harbour's edge. Beside all the day trips, you can go shopping and sightseeing. There are number of adventure activities guaranteed to give you an adrenaline rush and fill your days with fun. One of the appeals of Cape Town is the variety of activities to enjoy.

    Adrenaline sports such as abseiling, bungy jumping, skydiving and white water rafting can be arranged. Shark diving, scuba diving, sailing and almost all other water sports are easy to book and gentler nature based activities are a quick drive away. You are never bored in Cape Town! Golf is extremely popular in Cape Town and is played all year round.

    From November to March -when it's cold in Europe - golf players from overseas enjoy playing in fine weather on one of the many golf courses of Cape Town. The Somerset West area is a golfer's paradise with no less then three 18-hole golf courses as well as a 9-hole course and a golf driving range.

    The areas around the Helderberg also offer world class golf courses such as Stellenbosch golf course, Devonvale, Royal Cape, Arabella and many more. Among the many day trips you can take, the Robben Island trip remains a consistent favourite. Situated 10km (6.2 miles) offshore and notorious for its former role as a maximum-security political prison, it has been developed as a nature reserve, museum and poignant memorial to South Africa's long liberation struggle.

    Robben Island ferry trips depart at the Waterfront, taking only 40 minutes to reach the island. Departing with this ferry is exquisite itself; you leave the tranquil waters of the bay watching a video on the struggle in the old South Africa. At Robben Island you are shown the prison itself, and the cell blocks including the one where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned.

    Experience the Cape's breathtaking scenery from a unique point of view -Table Mountain. Take the cable car to the top or take a beautiful hike up the mountain. Cape Town's famous 1000m (3280.8 feet) landmark presents a range of dramatic vertical cliff faces where you can try the world's highest abseil at 112m (367.4 feet) high! Just 45 minutes from Cape Town and its international airport, the Winelands is the ideal base from which to explore Cape Town and its surrounds.

    Experience the hospitality and beauty of Stellenbosch, Paarl, Wellington and Franschhoek, where many wine farms offer a variety of excellent world-renowned wines. You will be spoilt for choice between small, boutique wineries and the larger, more commercial wine estates. Taste the fruit of the winemaker's labour on a tour of his cellar where the precious harvest is lovingly transformed into every wine lover's delight.

    There is a resident chef at Camps Bay Retreat who prepares a continental breakfast every morning and who is able to cater to all guest's lunch and dinner requests. Close proximity to the beach, The Promenade shopping centre, Theatre on the Bay, sidewalk cafes, restaurants, bars and fashionable nightspots.     The Skin and Body Centre at Camps Bay Retreat is a place for people to escape to for peace and tranquillity for a total body experience and to be pampered. Guests are invited to enjoy the activities available at Camps Bay Retreat before or after the treatments, like lazing at the pool, light lunch, tea or coffee or walking in the garden.

    Private boardroom with seating for 8 people is available to guests. Complete office facility, which includes fax, printer, scanner and internet connection. Mini bar, refreshment and coffee stations available in the centre. Secretarial services can be arranged.

    Days 3 & 4: Camp Moremi, Botswana

    After breakfast, you will be transferred via road from The Camps Bay Retreat to Cape Town International Airport. Upon your arrival in Maun, and after clearing Botswana customs and immigration, you will be met by a safari representative and assisted onto your scheduled charter flight to Camp Moremi.

    Camp Moremi accommodates only 22 guests in East African-style safari tents, individually situated on raised teak platforms. Each tent is exquisitely furnished with an African teak wardrobe, luggage rack, dressing table, bedside pedestals and traditional director's chairs. Colourful woven rugs, designer linen and matching interior blinds complete your African hideaway.

    His and hers towel robes as well as tea and coffee making facilities are also provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each tent has its own private bathroom situated adjacent to the tent. Your stay at Camp Moremi is inclusive of accommodation, all meals, all local brand drinks, scheduled game-viewing activities, park entrance fees and laundry service.

    Activities include tracking big game on morning and afternoon game drives by open 4x4 safari vehicle, excellent bird-watching, exploring the Xakanaxa Lagoon and surrounding Okavango channels by motorboat.

    Days 5 & 6: Chobe Game Lodge, Botswana

    After breakfast, you will depart Chobe Game Lodge via scheduled charter flight from Camp Moremi to Kasane Airport . You will then take a scheduled road transfer from Kasane Airport to Chobe Game Lodge. Chobe Game Lodge is situated in the Chobe National Park and access is via the park gate, approximately two hours road transfer from Victoria Falls. International access via Victoria Falls and Livingstone.

    In addition, Air Botswana operates a twice-weekly service from Johannesburg to Kasane International Airport. The only permanent game lodge situated within the Chobe National Park, Chobe Game Lodge is Botswana's premier venue for guests looking for a perfect base to explore the Chobe National Park.

    The lodge can accommodate up to 100 people in total luxury, offering a choice of land or water activities and the most complete game experience in the Chobe area. Game drives are conducted in open sided 4x4 vehicles ensuring maximum visibility, while game viewing on the Chobe River is conducted by small, shallow draft and highly maneuverable boats piloted by expert boatmen.

    The resident professional guides offer star gazing and guided walks within the game-fenced area. Other facilities include a large swimming pool with terrace, a riverside boma area where traditional dancers perform, a business centre, a fully equipped conference room with seating for up to 90 people in cinema style, a internet office is available for those guests needing to keep in touch, a stylish bar with an outside terrace overlooking the Chobe River and a cigar bar with a champion sized billiard table.

    Chobe also has a reference library with lounge and terrace. Meals are catered for at the terrace restaurant overlooking the Chobe River.     Days 7 & 8: Tongabezi Lodge, Victoria Falls, Zambia

    After breakfast, you will depart Tongabezi Lodge on a scheduled road transfer to Tongabezi Lodge. Tongabezi Lodge, the first river lodge on the Zambian side of the Victoria Falls, was established in 1990 by Ben Parker and the late Will Ruck-Keene. It is privately owned and run, with the emphasis on exclusivity and romance, enhanced by the warmth and hospitality of the people of Zambia. Days at Tongabezi have no set pattern and can be spent exactly as you wish on this Botswana safari.

    Choose simply to relax at the lodge or make the most of the wealth of activities, both inclusive and exclusive, that will keep you busy for several days. Whatever and whenever your choice, the staff and guides are always at hand to fulfil your wishes.

    Each house and cottage at Tongabezi has its own valet who will be with you throughout your stay to make the most of all the comforts on offer. With his knowledge of Tongabezi and the surrounding area, he can become your indispensable companion. Included in your Botswana safari package is a large range of soft drinks, beers, wines and alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately, due to costing and high import duties, not all alcoholic beverages can be included.

    Day 9: The African Dreams B&B, Johannesburg, South Africa

    This morning you will depart on a scheduled road transfer from Tongabezi Lodge to Livingstone Airport. Upon arrival at Johannesburg International Airport you will be transferred to the African Dreams Bed & Breakfast. African Dreams B&B is an affordable upmarket venue, only 5 minutes from the Johannesburg International Airport. Close to major highways for easy access to both Johannesburg and Pretoria.

    Family restaurants, pubs, shops, are all within walking distance from African Dreams B&B & Guest House. The guest house is set within a lovely landscaped garden and has 6 en-suite rooms, all with private entrances, remote TV, microwave and fridge. Bathrooms are fitted with both bath and shower. A family suite with 2 en-suite rooms and with an interleading door that can be unlocked is also available.

    Each room represents a different African tribe. A Honeymoon suite with Jacuzzi for newly weds, or lovers. Champagne and flowers are offered with this room. Scrumptious English Breakfasts, to be enjoyed in the privacy of your own room, or in a private dining room. Delectable dinners can be arranged in the evenings. Transport can be arranged.     Days 10 - 12: Thonga Beach Lodge, Greater St Lucia Wetland Park, South Africa

    This morning you will be transferred from The African Dreams B&B to Johannesburg International Airport for your flight to Thonga Beach Lodge. The lodge can be reached by 2-wheel drive vehicle until the last 20 minutes, where there is a collection point. Guests are then transferred in 4x4 vehicles on the forested dune roads to the lodge.

    There are two collection times from the 2-wheel drive parking: 12h00 or 15h00. Set on the pristine shores of the Maputaland coast, this luxury lodge is the ideal place to discover one of the last unspoilt and undeveloped wilderness beaches left on the African continent.

    Mabibi is a magical place of tranquil swimming bays and snorkelling reefs, coastal forests, grasslands, bush, shimmering lakes and exquisite sandy beaches. Its crystal clear, warm waters offer unparalleled snorkelling and fantastic offshore scuba diving. 11 suites in Robinson Crusoe-chic!

    This development is being launched as one of Africa's most exciting and refreshing wilderness destinations. Breakdown of each room: double vanity, stone bath, indoor/outdoor glass shower, bar fridge, air-con, ceiling fan, mosquito net, balcony, thatched 50 square metres.

    The thatched en-suite rooms have been carefully constructed in the coastal dune forest to ensure minimum impact on the environment and guest privacy as well as offering breathtaking views of the natural surroundings. All suites are air-conditioned. The lounge, nestled high in the canopy of the dune forest, offers panoramic views of the Indian Ocean, alternatively enjoy sundowners in the bar lounge or the cool deck under the Coastal Milkwood trees.

    Set in the secluded Mabibi bay, on the Elephant Coast (Northern KwaZulu-Natal), Thonga Beach Lodge is in the heart of the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park, an internationally recognized World Heritage Site. There are no other developments within a 50km section of pristine beach.

    It is 25km North of Sodwana Bay. It is the first private concession to have been granted by the Greater St Lucia Wetland Park Authority. The swimming pool and central lodge area is 25m from the beach. The rooms vary between 30m and 120m from the beach. Lake Sibiya (Southern Africa's largest natural freshwater lake) is 6km from the lodge.

    Thonga Beach Lodge is situated in a World Heritage Site and offers guided activities such as turtle tracking, snorkelling, scuba diving, bird watching, fishing, walks and a Tsonga cultural experience.

    Today is your last day and you will be transferred to the airport for your flight from Thonga Beach Lodge.

    All charters have been booked on a seat on charter basis. Due to the nature of travel in light aircraft, mainly because of safety and space concerns, baggage is restricted to 20 kilograms (44 pounds), per person. This baggage must be soft sided so to allow for it to be packed properly.
