From opulence, to deluxe or classic accommodation, Botswana's lodges and camps cater to all life styles. Even camps come in permanent luxury tents with own bathroom and toilet, or standard rustic camping on mobile safaris.

You can even do a mobile safari between luxury lodges. Why not?
A Variety of Accommodation
Botswana has some of the most luxurious lodges in Africa. It also has some of the most remote, basic permanent camps located in magnificent vistas of wetlands or desert salt pans. So whether your taste is for premier accommodation and fine dining, or the achievement of facing the wild frontier up close - Botswana has it.
Make Botswana Your Honeymoon Destination
If you are seeking that truly memorable and romantic honeymoon holiday, Botswana provides many exciting options for the adventurous-at-heart. Stay in a luxury tented camp in the Okavango Delta or Moremi. In Chobe you can enjoy a safari by boat on the Chobe River with either premier or classic lodge accommodation.

Thinking of that Family Holiday...
All the safari lodges in Botswana have age limits for children. This is for safety reasons as the terrain can be rough. Children under the age of five are unlikely to be allowed on game drives in the parks and reserves, and older children and teens might have to be accompanied by an adult and a private vehicle would have to part of the package.
Some lodges do have specialized family programmes, allowing the whole family to come and experience the wonders of the bush. Some lodges might also have child-minding services, so parents can go on game drives while their children are well taken care of back at the lodge.
Please be aware that some lodges do not accommodate children under the age of 12 years.

Catering for Special Disabilities
Some lodges and hotels provide for wheel-chair bound travellers, and there are some organized tours that specially cater from people with disabilities. Several safari lodges and camps in Okavango are accessible only by boat or light aircraft - thus requiring special arrangements.
