This area is considered to be one of the most beautiful in Africa and this is where the sands of the Kalahari meet the waters of the Okavango.
Day 2: Moremi
The day starts early with a wake-up call and tea or coffee before you head out to explore this incredibly diverse area of floodplains and woodland, lagoons and islands. It is generally considered one of the prime game viewing areas in the country with a strong population of predators. After an exciting morning with your guide you will return to the safari lodge for brunch and some downtime and reflection.
The activities here are based on the concept of land and water with game drives and boat cruises - the ideal ways to experience the most of this area and the best game viewing. After resting up in the heat of the day you will head out on an afternoon activity before returning to your lodge for dinner and cocktails around the fire.
Day 3: Moremi – Okavango
Today is a short flight over the Delta to the South Western region where you will be spending the next 2 nights. The seasonal floodplains of the South Western Delta provide great dramas and exceptional beauty which can be experienced on a range of activities. The bush camp or lodge is in a private concession allowing for more flexibility in the activities.
Day 4: Okavango
After an early wake-up call you will head out on a morning activity with your guide who will explain to you the intricacies of this unique region. There is a strong population of wildlife in the area including grazers and predators allowing for the opportunity of seeing some dramatic interactions. You will return to the lodge for brunch after which you can decide on a siesta or to do some fishing.
The afternoon activity will ensure that you get an overall view of the Okavango by choosing an activity you have not yet done. Sundowners in the bush surrounded by the sounds of Africa, is truly one of the most amazing experiences on a Botswana holiday.
Day 5: Okavango – Chobe

It is known for Africa's greatest Elephant concentrations and you can view these as part of a range of activities during your stay. Activities include game drives, night drives, walks and also visits with local villagers for a cultural interpretation.
